Ronen Dolev is an industrial printing and packaging professional with extensive theoretical and hands-on experience in print production, materials, application development, color management, process control, operations, and troubleshooting.

His work connects technical knowledge with the practical decisions required on the production floor - from substrate selection, surface preparation, primers, coatings, lamination, finishing, converting, and final product validation to the development of new applications and production methods.

A major part of his expertise is in color science and color management, including color measurement, process control, spot and process color, and the practical challenge of matching and maintaining color consistency between conventional and digital printing presses. He has worked extensively on translating color targets across different technologies, materials, printing conditions, and production routes while maintaining visual and measurable consistency.

Beyond materials, applications, and color, Ronen has deep experience in operational management and production methodology. His work includes developing structured problem-solving approaches, improving production workflows, defining repeatable working methods, supporting operational readiness, and helping organizations move from individual technical solutions toward reliable industrial systems.

He also has a strong interest in the evolution of intelligent production - including the use of data, automation, AI-supported decision-making, predictive approaches, production governance, and the development of methodologies that help organizations introduce new technologies without losing process control or human judgment.

Throughout his career, Ronen has worked closely with operators, engineers, quality teams, application specialists, managers, converters, and customers to investigate complex production challenges, identify root causes, and turn technical findings into practical and repeatable methods. He has also shared knowledge through technical guidance, training, webinars, professional writing, and structured methodologies designed to make complex industrial knowledge easier to apply.
